Prices
We play with open cards. Please bear in mind that we offer the utmost quality, which is naturally reflected in the prices quoted. However, you are welcome to contact us if you are looking for something other than this high-level quality – we will be happy to recommend a caterer, who will precisely match your wishes.
A concrete proposal is dependent upon many factors: from your choice of food and drink, from your wishes in terms of décor, furnishings, music, for example, but is also determined by the prevailing conditions at the event venue and of course by the current prices that are being charged by the location operators. Since we don't offer any standard packages, but always tailor a proposal to the customer's specific needs, we are only able to provide a guide price in this case.
Reception
Finger food catering for 300 guests in the Alte Münze costs approximately 140-180 EUR per person. A flying service for 500 guests at the company's own premises costs approximately 85-110 EUR per person. Both cases include the equipment for a relaxed atmosphere (e.g. bistro tables) and a band.
Buffet
A flying service for 30 guests in the Adagio lounge costs 90-130 EUR per person, if the location equipment is sufficient and there isn't any music booked. A buffet with live cooking stations for 200 guests on the roof terrace of the ewerk costs approximately 110-150 EUR per person, including equipment for a relaxed atmosphere (e.g. bistro tables) and a band.
Menu
A 3-course menu for 100 guests at the company's own premises costs approximately 90-110 EUR per person. A 4-course menu for 50 guests in the PAN AM lounge costs 125-145 EUR per person. Neither case includes additional equipment or music.
